Dear readers! It has been far too long (I'm sorry)!
Unfortunately, tonight's entry has proved to be enormous, ponderous, and my timetable was shattered under the weight of lamb and apricot meatballs as well as not entirely realizing just how much I need to write to do this post justice. As such, I am copping out and posting tomorrow even if it kills me (though I hope it won't. That would be terrible for me!). Also, I plan to post sometime midweek (say, Thursday?) about my month back home (and what a month!). I do hope all this is worth the wait.
The meatballs were delicious, for the record. :)
